Synlogia works in B2B mode — we engage freelancers per project, for specific client needs. We're looking for specialists who enjoy solving complex technological problems, communicate well and prioritize quality.
We work flexibly, remotely or hybrid, in small project teams. Our model is a B2B framework agreement + separate per-project orders (Statement of Work) — no guaranteed monthly minimum and no exclusivity.

B2B framework agreement
Signing a cooperation agreement without minimum guarantee and without exclusivity.

First project
We match the assignment to your skills and availability.
We reserve the right to contact only selected freelancers. All applications are reviewed individually. We typically respond within 3 business days if the profile matches current projects. No response within 14 days means we don't have a suitable assignment for you at the moment — your data remains in our database for up to 12 months (in accordance with the Privacy Policy) and we may contact you for the next matching project.
