Children's tourism, camps and colonies, e-commerce + booking

Radsas Fun — booking system for camps and colonies for children and youth

Klient: Radsas Fun

Problem

An operator of camps and colonies for children aged 7-17 (Radsas Fun) handled bookings in a mixed manner (phone, forms, manual invoices). The business scale (3 locations: Kaszuby / Mierzeja / Poronin × 7 sessions × 4 age groups × dozens of camp products) outgrew traditional tools. Parents expected online booking with instant confirmation, documentation (contract + qualification card) and electronic payment. Operationally, automated invoices and various payment plans were needed.

Solution

Dedicated booking system `rezerwacja.radsas-fun.pl` integrated with the main `radsas-fun.pl` site. Multi-step booking form (session → participant → add-ons → payment), automatic generation of participation contract and qualification card in PDF, customer panel with magic-link login (passwordless), integration with online payment gateway, invoicing automation, email notification system, admin panel for the operator.

Higher education, R&D, technology transfer

CKBiR — Machine learning model in commercialization of scientific research

Klient: Centrum Komercjalizacji Badań i Rozwoju (CKBiR) / Uniwersytet WSB Merito w Gdańsku

Form of participation: Project carried out by Szymon Guzik and Krzysztof Becker as members of a university research team — Global Synlogia team members' portfolio. This is NOT a commercial project commissioned to Global Synlogia.

Problem

The CKBiR R&D project requires a dedicated web platform for data collection, research portfolio management and presentation of machine learning model results. The scientific team needs an operational tool — from data entry interface, through computational backend, to public API and admin panel. Without stable technology infrastructure, research focuses on creating tools instead of actual research.

Solution

Design and deployment of the project's complete technology stack: web application architecture, VPS server configuration, domain purchase and configuration, system deployment, maintenance and operational support. This allows the research team led by Prof. Wiliński to focus on actual development of the machine learning model, association rules and Challenge Based Learning methodology, instead of the infrastructure layer.

Insurtech, insurance, AI for consumers

BezHaczyka.pl — AI platform for insurance terms analysis

Klient: Global Intelligence Sp. z o.o.

Form of participation: Project carried out by Szymon Guzik as a technology contractor under a cooperation agreement with Global Intelligence Sp. z o.o. — Global Synlogia team member's portfolio. This is NOT a commercial project commissioned to Global Synlogia.

Problem

Insurance consumers do not read (and do not understand) General Insurance Terms. As a result, they buy policies that don't actually cover the events they fear. Insurance brokers exploit this information asymmetry. The Polish insurance market (OC/AC/travel/home) needed a tool that translates multi-page terms into simple answers: 'will my policy cover my situation?'.

Solution

BezHaczyka.pl platform — an AI engine analyzing insurance terms in response to the user's specific question. It indicates whether the event is covered, what the liability exclusions are, and compares products from different insurers. The architecture meets ISO/IEC 27001:2022 requirements for user data security.
