IT services terms

  • Scope, schedule, SLA and pricing are agreed individually in the contract/SoW.
  • Security and confidentiality are a priority; parties maintain NDA.
  • Software and integration deliveries are phased with acceptance of results.

Liability

We will exercise due diligence, but services are provided in accordance with the agreed SLA and scope. The website is provided 'as is'; we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Project cooperation regulates liability in the contract.
